Chalet rates as per 01/06/2011 per week

Low winter season: from 01/01/2012 till 11/02/2012	750 €uros
Intermediate season: from 18/12/2011 till 01/01/2012 (Christmas and New year's eve) and from 10/03/2012 till 31/03/2012	900 €uros 850 €uros
High winter season: from 11/02/2012 till 10/03/2012	1 040 €uros
Other winter periods	700 €uros
Low summer season: from 16/06/12 till 07/07/12	650 €uros
High summer season: from 07/07/12 till 18/08/12	750 €uros
Other summer periods	600 €uros

5% discount for a reservation of 2 consecutive weeks

Rental agreement

Address: le quart, 74340 Samoens
Arrival and departure: Location starts Saturdays at 14.00 pm and ends the next Saturday at 11.00 am.
Keys: Handing over of the keys and inspection of the chalet will take place upon arrival.
Payment: 25% deposit at reservation the balance prior to departure. Cheques and cash accepted
Pets are allowed with the owner agreement.

Not included :
Holiday tax of 0,60 Euro per person per day, no charge for children up to 13 years.
Towels and bed linen not provided.
Cleaning of Chalet end of stay.

Cancellation : If reservation is cancelled the deposit will not be refunded. In case you leave prior to agreed end date the total sum is due.
