In wintertime direct access to 265 km of ski slopes from Samoens with connection to The Grand Massif stations of Morillon, Les Carroz, Flaine and Sixt-Fer a Cheval. The ski domain offers a large variety of slopes ranging from green to black qualifications, beginners to experienced skiers. Altitude from 700 m to 2500 m. The views are spectacular not only on the Mont-blanc mountain but also the beautiful Valle Vert. Cross Country ski lovers can trace their tracks from Samoens to Sixt-fer-a Cheval, or Morillon

How to get there?

By car

Arriving from Paris it takes approximately 6 hours, 629 km of motorway
A6 Paris – Macon, autoroute blanche A40 exit Cluses. Coming from Lyon 2 hours, 197 km. Motorway A43 Lyon-Annecy, then A41 to join the A40 direction Chamonix, exit Cluses. From Lille, approx. 7.30 hours, 755 km. Chambery 100km,Annecy 65 km, Geneva 45 km.
Take motorway direction of Reims, Dijon, Macon and then A40 exit Cluses. From Dijon take direction Dole Bourg en Bresse and then the A41, continue on A40 exit Cluses. From the exit it takes 20 min to arrive in Samoens. Take the direction of Morillon, Samoens, Sixt Fer a Cheval.

By train
